On November 17th and 18th, SNECS attended a business conference in Newark. The two-day event encouraged networking with other similar IT businesses in the country. We gained a lot of insight in new ways to deliver better service and support to our clients. We collaborated with professionals across the country (and even some from Canada) on what makes a great IT company even better? Together, we all came to the conclusion that every business (not just IT) must always be working on improving and evolving their standards, service and customer relationships. We got some great ideas and expect to see some new services and a new look in both of our retail locations.
