If you are an existing Office Solutions client, there is three ways to place a support ticket – by phone, web portal, or by email.
If you are not (yet) a SNECS client, contact us and someone will return your request as soon as possible.
24-7 Live Receptionist will Pickup, Critical Issues ( Server Down, Etc.) you will be transferred to a SNECS Tech.
Normal Support Hours – 9-5 pm Mon-Sat.
After Hours – charges may apply
Access our client portal to create new service tickets or monitor the status of existing tickets.
E-mail and it will auto-create a ticket. Please include information below in the email.
Time we can Login (ASAP or After 5pm),
Computer Number (PC-10),
Issue ( Can’t Open Outlook),
Other Details ( Issue started after I download coupon program).
